this is my first time using this webgraphic site for help, so this will be very interesting. well i solved this problem but i dont know if its right.

2/3x+1/6x=2
2/3x=2/3x
1/6x=2/3x

x=2

is this correct I wonder

Well, if you plug 2 back into X you actually get a different answer. After combining like terms, you should end up with 5/6x=2

After that, divide 5/6 by 2/1, and you will get your correct answer.
