Let me just get you started. You need to rewrite this and put it into a standard form from which you can read off most of the information you need. To do that, you need to "complete the square": So, 16x^2-64x=16(x^2-4x)=16(x^2-4x+4)-16*4 and -9y^2-54y=-9(y^2+6y)=-9(y^2+6y+9)-9*9 Use this to rewrite and put into standard form.
